American Growth Funding II LLC, a Manhattan-based lending company, and its owner Ralph Johnson allegedly lied to investors who purchased high-yield securities, according to recent documents from the SEC’s New York Regional Office currently under review by attorneys Alan Rosca and Joe Peiffer.
